Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "break" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to promote next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two-time unified boxing king Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
Despite those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally known for his theatrics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather attacked former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Attraction
However, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in round four or five and stated he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
Size Disparity
As both boxers participated in the usual face-off, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it drove home just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
